My Personal Experience Using Sendiio 3.0

I purchased Sendiio in 2020 during the pandemic and I never really used it that much in my business until recently. When the software upgraded to Sendiio 3.0. I was curious to see the new features introduced and how the new dashboard looked. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The new design looks very modern and redesigned for simplicity.

The left-hand menu sections are very organized with each function having all of its settings fully self-contained within its own drop-down menu and the main dashboard area displays all of the important campaign statistics in an easy-to-read format. I like the new modern dashboard a lot and I think it looks very professional.

In terms of user experience and ease-of-use, I found it very easy to find what I was looking for by visiting the section I wanted to work in (for example, the Email section) and choosing which action I wanted to perform from the drop-down menu. Apart from this, I think that there could be a very small learning curve for newbies.

Although you need to set up your own SMTP setting through your own hosting provider to enable you to send emails from Sendiio 3.0, another great feature that I absolutely love is the ability to be able to connect to a premium 3rd party email service provider of your choice to improve the delivery of your emails.

I also found the forms and menus inside each function very easy to understand and easy to navigate. They are laid out in logical order and are clearly labelled so that even a first time user can understand what type of information needs to be included in each form field.

Based on the above observations after having a good look around inside the Sendiio 3.0 dashboard and menu system, my personal experience with use this software has been a positive one overall.

I tested the various email features such as creating a list, creating a form and sending a broadcast email. The deliverability of the emails during these tests was fast and every one of them hit my inbox so I’m very happy with these results.

However, I did run into some minor issues where I think there could be some room for improvement in a future upgrade. I will list these in the next section below.
